This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts. This consultation is an initial consultation. The purpose of this contract is to provide pruning, felling, grubbing and architectural cutting services for trees in the streets, squares, squares, parks and public establishments (schools, stadiums, cemeteries ...) of the municipality from Viry-Châtillon. This contract has already been the subject of a consultation which has been declared without action for reasons of general interest, more particularly, linked to errors contained in the specifications for the definition of the requirement. Estimated total order of magnitude of the contract: EUR 2,200,000 (excluding taxes) corresponding to the sum of the maximum amounts (from the date of notification until 31.12.2019 inclusive and possible renewal periods).

Pruning, felling and grubbing services:

- minimum annual amount: EUR 30,000.00 excluding taxes,

- maximum annual amount: 250,000.00 EUR before tax.

Benefits of architectural sizes:

- minimum annual amount: EUR 30,000.00 excluding taxes,

- maximum annual amount: 300,000.00 EUR before tax.
