The city of Cuxhaven would like to conclude a framework agreement to set up a company bike leasing offer for its approximately 650 employees covered by collective bargaining agreements. At a later date, after the legal basis has been created, the offer will also be made available to the approximately 170 civil servants. For this purpose, the client concludes the respective individual leasing contracts for the employees with the contractor on the basis of this framework agreement. The client agrees on corresponding usage and transfer contracts with the rights and obligations of the employees and regulates the salary conversion. The client becomes the lessee. This is bound by the provisions of the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public sector (TV bicycle leasing) of 25.10.2020.
