This concession has as its object the management of the municipal swimming facility (hereinafter referred to as swimming facility) located in Melzo – Via Buozzi n. 1, including all the structures and infrastructures contained therein. The management must safeguard the swimming facility both through maintenance, adaptations, replacements, and through an economic management of the plant itself according to criteria of economy, efficiency, effectiveness, safety, functionality, energy saving. Mandatory inspection, six-monthly technical extension option. Duration of the contract: Five natural and consecutive years from the activation of the service, as required by art. 4 of the special conditions.

The management must be carried out in full compliance with the specifications, the contract, the project presented during the tender by the concessionaire, the economic-financial plan produced in the economic offer, as well as current legislation.
