The scope of work/context involves (non exhaustively):

— crew transfers via helicopter to offshore platform (OSY) during “commissioning“ and “post-energization”,

— platform situated approximately 40 km from coast of Zeebrugge/Oostende,

— land and operate on a helideck designed according CAP 437 standard,

— induction for the crew,

— communicate to onshore base via Heli Landing Office, once arrived at the offshore platform (OSY platform),

— operate following the appropriate procedures,

— commissioning planned from 25.4.2019 until 20.5.2019 (“commissioning”). Crew works 24/7 in 2 shifts per day,

— the maximum capacity of the platform is 21 people,

— crew will be based in Oostende,

— after energization (September 2019) and until the end of 2019, 1 helicopter transfer per 45 days is expected (“postenergization”).
