The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and ownership, tree planting, maintenance of forest tourist facilities, seed production, nursery management, to be carried out in the Tuchola Forest District in 2024. A contractor may submit a bid for a maximum of 5 packages if it submits a bid for packages from 02 to 15 or for 6 packages if it submits an offer for packages from
02 – 15 and at least 1 harvester pack.
However, the offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of work provided for in the Terms of Reference for that Package.
