The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of an automatic telescopic kit together with the implementation service at the VLA North America (United States) location, under which the Contractor will be obliged to perform:

(1) the technical design of the automatic telescopic kit;

2) completing the components of the automatic telescopic set;

(3) transport of the automatic telescopic kit to its destination;

(4) the installation and integration of the automatic kit;

5) commissioning and validation of an automatic telescopic set;

6) services for the implementation of an automatic telescopic kit.
