Nærøysund municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for a framework agreement for the supply of texbooks. The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year extension. Total of 4 years.
Nærøysund municipality]hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for purchase of printed teaching aids (textbooks) in physical format, digital teaching aids, teachers' guidelines and binding.
The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for physical teaching books for the 1st-10th year in accordance with the local curricula.
The framework agreement period is 2 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the agreement for 1+1 year, to a total of 4 years.
Other entities at the contracting authority can also make call-offs against this contract.
The procurement shall cover:
- School books, including textbooks, teacher instruction booklets, exercise books, answers and digital teaching aids that are part of the textbooks.
- Copy originals
- Educational concretising material (not games or art materials) and teaching aids which allow for diversity in providing of learning styles and differentiation.
- Fiction books, subject books, encyclopaedias and other specialized books. The agreement does not include the delivery of books to the school and public libraries in the municipality.
The contracting authority reserves the right to procure independent online teaching resources from another chosen supplier. Each individual school will decide what is appropriate.
The estimated value of procurements in the agreement period will be NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value must also be seen as a guideline and non-binding for the contracting authority. The procurement volume will decrease somewhat in the coming years due to digitalisation of the school.
