The subject of the study is the implementation of a multi-branch project of a new development of the car park

Nowy Świat Street vis a vis the Municipal Theatre, in the areas marked in the MPZP as 4 KS (Resolution No.

XXXVIII/965/2005 of the City Council in Gliwice of 2005-12-22) including sidewalks, connections

cycling and greenery and small architecture. In addition, plots No. 1979, 1978 and 1977 should be developed

As part of the contract, at least 3 conceptual variants of the new development should be made in order to select the option for further design, which should in particular:

1. Comply with the applicable MPZP.

2. Include preliminary projects for the development of greenery and small architecture.

3. Include estimated collisions of individual variants with underground infrastructure and the need for reconstruction.

4. Include the estimated costs of implementation of each option (gross amounts).

5. Include other necessary solutions that will help in choosing one variant for further, proper design.

As part of the contract, a construction project described in Article 34(3) of the Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333, as amended) should be carried out, consisting of the elements described below together with additional studies required by the Ordering Party:

a) a land or plot development project drawn up on an up-to-date map for design purposes or a copy thereof certified as being in conformity with the original by the designer (hereinafter referred to as PZT),

b) architectural and construction projects (hereinafter referred to as PA-B),

(c) technical projects (hereinafter referred to as PT) for the project.

The project should analyse the possibility of implementing the postulates made by the Gliwice Bicycle Association, which constitute an annex to the OPZ, in the field of reconstruction of traffic lights and the section of the surface of Al. Sikornik.
