The Orderer intends to conduct the procurement of technical consultants for the following areas of service:

A) Statistical compilation - Environmental vehicles and sustainable transport (light and heavy), see document 8.1.

B) Investigation of energy efficiency, energy supply systems and its climate impact, and analyses of resource building and circularity/circular economy, see document 8.2.

C) Project and Process Management: Energy, Climate and Circularity/Circular Economy, see act 8.3.

D) Process management support and project management support — Environmental vehicles, sustainable transport and air analysis, see document 8.4.

E) Project management and process management externally funded projects - Environmental analysis, see document 8.5.

The scope of the service areas and the requirements placed on performance, and the Consultant (supplier) to provide the services, in the respective areas are shown in separate annexes (area specific requirements, Annexes 8.1 to 8.5 as listed under heading AUC 11), and Section AUC, Conduct of mission (general requirements for all areas of service) and the procurement regulations otherwise;
