The local government of Torhout renews the insurance services as described in the technical provisions and included in the inventory of these specifications for the Local Government torhout, which includes the legal entities City of Torhout and OCMW Torhout. The assignment forms one indivisible whole, but individual policies must be used for the requested risks and a separate settlement for the two legal entities (City and OCMW) where this is indicated. The contract includes a competition with premiums for 4 years. The premiums must be paid annually.
