Subject of this tender are general planning services for the new construction of the gas pressure control and measuring system (GDRMA) Lauchhammer II on the premises of the Lauchhammer station in accordance with Appendix A1 of the terms and conditions of the offer (service description - short version). The plant is to be expanded to supply the FGL 020 or in the further course of LEAG as well as other existing customers as a 2-splint GDRMA with operating and control rail including all billing systems (2 x PGC, sulfur measurement, TP etc.). As an option, the extension of the GDRMA by another identical rail is to be planned.

A feasibility study has already been prepared for preparation, which serves as the basis for further planning.

The planning of the plant is to take place in significant parts 2023 - 2024, so that the tender for the supply and construction services is expected to be carried out in 2024 according to SektVO. The construction of the plant is planned for 2025 - 2027, commissioning must take place by the beginning of 2027.

The general planning service primarily comprises basic and special planning services in accordance with HOAI § 53 - 56 Technical Equipment Planning and, if applicable, HOAI § 49 - 52 Structural Design and HOAI § 34 - 37 Building Planning in the Service Phases (LPH) 1 to 9 for the new construction of a GDRMA as well as higher-level planning services. The planner is responsible for all planning tasks concerning the GDRMA. The additional special services include the creation of lightning, fire and explosion protection concepts, implementation of an environmental impact study, testing and optimization of a preheating concept with a high proportion of renewable energy sources, including subsidy management.
