In order to implement the structural implementation of the above-mentioned project and the associated construction of flood protection systems on the left and right banks of the White Elster, a contaminated site and waste technical construction supervision is required, especially with regard to the earthworks services (removal, excavation, interim storage, reinstallation, recycling) (Annex 1).

The service includes, among others

- establishment of soil- and waste-specific investigation concepts,

- sampling of earth materials,

- information of the lower soil protection authority,

- declaration of construction waste,

- supervision during construction

- monitoring the implementation of disposal concepts,

- Abschlussdokumentation.
