Etat for bygg og eiendom (EBE) (the Agency for Buildings and Property) manages approx. 1.2 million m
In order to cover the municipality's need for ongoing maintenance and operation of the ice rinks, Bergen Municipality, c/o EBE, intends to enter into a framework agreement as soon as possible with a tenderer for the provision of service, maintenance, and repairs of cooling equipment in the ice rinks that EBE manages at any one time.
The following ice rinks are currently included in the contract:
— Slåtthaug artificial ice rink;
— Bergenshallen.
Typical tasks expected to be included in the framework agreement:
— service of cooling equipment twice a year;
— maintenance and repairs of ammoniac cooling equipment;
— continual 24 hour duty scheme.
The procurement includes material deliveries that are necessary for carrying out the work under the framework agreement.
The above descriptions are not exhaustive. All assignments that naturally belong to the field (ice rinks with ammoniac as the cooling medium) are covered by the contract.
