Development of multi-discipline, design and budget documentation for thermomodernization (including insulation) and renovation (renovation) with the design of construction equipment for 6 municipal buildings located in Gdańsk at Bracka 10, 13, 17, 18 and Olszewskiego 18 and 21 streets, as well as exercising author's supervision over works performed according to the prepared design documentation, as part of the ECO Synergy Gdańsk task – improving the energy efficiency of urban buildings residential, instrument ELENA is a district of Wrzeszcz Górny in Gdańsk, Poland.

The subject of the Order is:

a) development of six separate multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for thermomodernization (including insulation) and renovation (renovation) with the design of construction equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at the following streets:

- Bracka 10 in Gdańsk – plot no. 593, cadastral precinct 055,

- Bracka 13 in Gdańsk – plot no. 590, cadastral precinct 055,

- Bracka 17 in Gdańsk – plot no. 586, cadastral precinct 055,

- Bracka 18 in Gdańsk – plot no. 585, cadastral precinct 055,

- Olszewskiego 18 in Gdańsk – plot no. 583, cadastral precinct 055,

- Olszewskiego 21 in Gdańsk – plot no. 580, cadastral precinct 055,

b) obtaining administrative decisions for the conduct of construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the commencement of construction works by the Contracting Authority,

c) performing a one-off update of investor cost estimates;

(d) exercise authorial supervision in the scope of:

- finding in progress of construction works compliance with the project,

- agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or the investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
