The subject of the contract is the provision of the Railway Replacement Service (KKZ), the subject of the contract has not been divided into lots.

KKZ will be performed on the following sections:

Oświęcim - Czechowice-Dziedzice - Oświęcim 20.10-14.12.2019,

For trains canceled on the above sections due to PKP PLK SA conducting planned track works.

KKZ will be performed on the following sections:

Oświęcim - Czechowice-Dziedzice - Oświęcim 20.10-14.12.2019, the size of the order about 38 220 km.

If it is impossible to start performance of the contract within the period specified in paragraph 1, in particular as a result of not completing it during the proceedings, the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration (equal to the price of the offer) will be reduced accordingly, proportionally to the number of days by which the order completion time will be shortened. In this situation, the contract start date will also be changed accordingly.
