The purpose of this contract is to provide a tool for the online marketing of the Walloon tourist offer and a payment solution for the management of financial flows. (See special specifications in the documents attached to this contract notice).

Wallonia Belgium Tourisme is looking for a service provider (and any subcontractors) with an existing solution that meets as much as possible the needs and functionalities described in the specifications (see documents attached to this contract notice) and have already been deployed. on a tourist territory.

WBT wishes to receive an offer for the following services:

- the establishment of the ORC,

- the user licenses of the ORC for the different categories of users described in the specifications,

- the licenses for use of mini-PMS and mini-AMS described in the specifications,

- the guarantee of the 24/7 operation of the ORC according to an availability described in the specifications, with service guarantees also described,

- the training of WBT staff and its field relays, as well as training tools and materials for WBT and its tourism promotion partners to provide training for users,

- a support and helpdesk from the contractor for the contracting authority as described later in these specifications,

- annual maintenance, including scalable versions of software tools in the broad sense (software packages),

- efficient accommodation,

- as an option, specific adaptations of the tool for the specific needs of WBT (change request - CRQ).
