This project has two main objectives:

1. Improve security and user experience when using applications or cloud services for all CNES users.

2. Increase the level of security applied to so-called "sensitive" CNES data accessible on the Internet, particularly in collaborative environments.

The project will therefore take place in 2 phases:

1. Phase 1 (Lot A): prototyping and evaluation of 2 HSE solutions proposed by 2 different consortia, based on different products offered by market leaders according to Gartner. In this phase, each solution will be evaluated on a perimeter of thirty representative pilot users and on a few CNES services in SaaS mode open to non-CNES users.

2. Phase 2 (lot B): gradual extension of the solution selected at the end of batch A to all internal and external users (about 5000 users) and to all compatible CNES applications. The unsuccessful solution will be removed and only the consortium with the winning solution will continue on this lot.
