this public contract takes the form of a framework agreement, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Order Code. The services are concluded at unit prices as defined in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). In view of the extent of the needs to be met, the services will be performed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code in force with a minimum of 25 rotations per year and a maximum of 100 rotations per year, regardless of the capacity of the vehicles.
