New construction of the Geisenbrunn fire station - property planning services.
The municipality of Gilching intends to build a new building for the Geisenbrunn fire brigade. For this purpose, property planning services are advertised in accordance with Section 34 HOAI, service phases 1-9.
The service phases are assigned in stages, the first stage provides for service phases 1-2. After completion of the 1st stage, the land use plan and a land use plan procedure should be carried out with these results (duration approx. 3-5 years). The further service phases are carried out after approval of the development plan.
