The subject of the contract is the provision of banking services along with the granting of a working capital loan in the current account for the Ordering Party and the delivery and operation of payment terminals.

It includes the full banking service of the Ordering Party (m.in. opening and maintaining bank accounts, including one current account in PLN and up to 25 auxiliary accounts; cash service, including cash operations; providing electronic banking services; operating electronic banking systems) together with granting a revolving overdraft facility in the amount of up to PLN 7,000,000.00. It includes the delivery and operation of five (including two mobile) payment terminals based on wired or wireless GPRS communication, installed in the Ordering Party's facilities. Detailed description in SWZ.
