Supply Propane gas
In the context of the present tendering procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of Propane gas.
The contracting authority (GB) conducts an open tendering procedure to conclude a framework agreement that provides for the supply of Propane gas at the most economically advantageous conditions. The GB consumes approximately 125,000 liters of Propane Gas annually. There are six (6) locations where gas storage tanks must be placed. Five (5) locations are fire brigades and there is one (1) location where repression is practiced. In addition, there is 1 barracks where people cook with separate bottles (46.5 kg) of propane.
In the current situation, the Joint Fire Service leases the storage tanks from a supplier. In the future situation, the tenderer is responsible for the installation, delivery of the gas up to the internal connection (tank, accessories and gas pipeline).

The contractor provides a plan of action with regard to placing the tanks including the connection. This must be achieved per location within one day. There is a possibility that in the future the locations (4th quarter 2019 - 1st quarter 2020) will be expanded to seven (7). We then talk about the locations with a storage tank and appendages.
The contracted service intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of Propane gas with one (1) contractor for a period of two (2) years with an option of two (2) times an extension of one (1) year.
