- User support and resolution of incidents, except in relation to first level care,
- Operational support necessary for the exploitation and operation of the systems and technologies that support it,
- corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance of systems, applications and services,
- management and coordination procedures between the parties involved.

User support service (CSU).
Inventory and control of equipment and microcomputer software, as well as its loading in the CMDB of the CA management tool.
