The provision of suitable treatment services to process waste wood streams arising in the west London area. Treatment facilities must have obtained all necessary Permits and Permissions to enable it to be operated lawfully. In addition service providers are invited to offer suitable bulking facilities in or in close proximity to the Authority area. Service providers will also be required to provide suitable transport services as directed where their treatment facility is not proximate enough to receive direct deliveries of untreated waste wood from the Authority.
