The Client concludes an agreement for accounting services. This agreement is concluded under the uniform general terms and conditions of purchase ARVODI-2018, with a duration of four 48 months. And possible extension of 24 months. The services are subdivided into:

A. Interim audit including EDP audit

B. Audit of annual accounts

C. Specific audit engagements

Estimated size of the entire assignment approx. € 300,000

(Financial statements plus subsidy audits.)
