The object of the order is the fulfillment services of a multi-threaded information campaign using various forms of reaching the targeted groups. The campaign will be centered around current activities carried out by MRPiT. The order was divided into four parts:
Part I (Creation and PR activities)Creation by the contractor of coherent and understandable communication for promoted activities, implementation of PR activities, advice on the activities carried out by the Ordering Party, creation of guidelines for Contractors selected in Parts II-IV, creation and implementation of promotional spots for use in media with wide coverage, in particular TV, radio. The contractor will also be the task of sending to the list of offices indicated by the Ordering Party, a package of printed information materials.
Part II (Social Media Communication)The contractor's task will be to harness the potential of social media to promote activities carried out by the contractor, which are gaining even more popular in times of economic collapse. The Contractor will have to be able to manage fanpages expertly and creatively so as to build a positive brand image and communicate the themes carried out by the Ordering Party in a simple way. The job of the contractor will be to activate the community, using various forms.
Part III (Implementation of video materials)The executive will be the production of video material for promotional activities carried out by the Ordering Party, including, among others, social media promotions (organic and paid campaigns). The job of the performer will be to film (techniques), to advanced video editing. The Contractor will be able to create video content based on their own creative scenarios or tips provided by the Ordering Party.
Part IV (Media Purchase)The task of the contractor will be to purchase media i.e. press, internet (excluding social media), vod, external advertising. The task will be carried out in stages (each stage will correspond to 1 calendar month). The Contracting Authority will submit creative materials to the contractor and establish a media plan with him each time, based on the guidance of the contractor selected in Part 1 of the order.
