the Framework Agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. One of the Department's missions is to approve and set up training courses for childminders. These trainings are mandatory. In order to meet this need for training of childminders, the local authority therefore wishes to set up a market allowing this training of approved persons. The training of the approved childminder provided for in Article L. 421-14 is organised and financed by the President of the Departmental Council. It lasts a total of 112 hours and is divided into two cycles: 72 hours provided (including 8 hours of Psc1 training) within 6 months from the date of the application for approval as a childminder and before any childminder is welcomed, and 40 hours provided within 3 years from the start of the childminder's childminder's reception
