The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide and issue electronic certificates, as described in the Special Technical Clauses (SCCP), as well as to provide assistance to users, level 1 and 2. The objective is to meet the needs of any person (agent/elected official) who uses the services offered by Mégalis Bretagne and whose missions require authentication or an electronic signature. These certificates will be used as part of the services offered on the regional e-government platform of Mégalis Bretagne, and must therefore be compatible with these services, in compliance with the standards and regulations in force
