The purpose of this tender is to contract a comprehensive fixed-line telecommunications service and Internet access, both at the Madrid headquarters (located at Calle de las Peñuelas, 10, garage access) and at the Seville headquarters (located in patio de Banderas, 16, 41004 Sevilla), as well as mobile telephony (voice and data) and Office 365 email.

Fixed telephony services and Internet access services and mobile telephony:

- Madrid headquarters switchboard,

- two EComFax lines,

- Madrid headquarters alarm line,

- HVAC system line at the Madrid headquarters,

- Seville headquarters line.

Office 365 email service. Domain: foundation-biodiversity.es, associated with Microsoft Office 365 accounts. Renewal and maintenance of the domain for the duration of the contract by the successful bidder.

Domains: currently the Foundation manages sixty-six domains of the different websites.

The contracting of these domains does not begin at the time of adjudication but as the current contracting ends throughout the year 2021.

These domains will increase or decrease depending on the needs and according to the unit price.
