This European tender focuses on the provision of ICT hardware and related services on behalf of 13 Safety Regions, NIPV and GGD Gelderland Zuid. The supplies and services requested consist of:

• Supplying workplace hardware (e.g. laptops, tablets, desktops, monitors).

• Supplying ICT accessories (e.g. mice, keyboards, headsets, cables and adapters, docking stations, speakers, webcams).

• Providing AV resources (e.g. monitors, beamers, touchscreens).

• Supplying network equipment (e.g. switches, firewalls, routers, etc.).

• Supplying mobile devices (e.g. phones).

• Supplying server hardware.

• Supplying ICT hardware for vehicles (e.g. MDT, tablets).

• Managed Services (e.g. installation services, delivery CMDB).

The Framework Agreement has a maximum value of € 27,500,000,--, excluding VAT, hereinafter referred to as: the ceiling amount. If the ceiling amount has been reached during the term of the Framework Agreement or if it can be exceeded by a subsequent assignment, the Client has the right to terminate the Framework Agreement.
