The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (hereinafter Pohde) will establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DPS) that will target various cars for the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia.

Contracts are awarded within the dynamic purchasing system by means of separate invitations to tender. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 28.2.2025, option 1.3.2025-28.2.2026.

At the start-up stage, the dynamic purchasing system is divided into ten (10) independent categories (subdivisions):

2. Cars of the small middle class

3. Cars of the great middle class

4. Small SUVs and small SUVs

5. Mid-size SUVs and mid-size SUVs

6. Large SUVs and large SUVs

7. Medium-sized van-framed cars

8. Large van-framed cars

9. Minivans

10. Large minivans and minibuses

The dynamic purchasing system is described in more detail in a separate annex, Annex 1.

The subscriber does not commit to any minimum order quantities, but orders are placed as needed.
