The Diakonie Neundettelsau intends to build a new workshop for people with disabilities and a production site in Neuenmarkt / Himmelkron.
The contract comprises the services of outdoor installation planning according to Part 3 Section 2 HOAi 2013 of service phases 1 to 9.
In addition to the services of open-plan planning, the contractor should also plan the required supply and disposal channels, engineering structures and traffic facilities (parking, access roads, fire brigade access, delivery, etc.) on the property. The required part-) performance images are discussed and defined in detail in the negotiated procedure. As optional services, necessary environmental impact assessments as well as species protection legal opinions are requested in the negotiated procedure.
The Evang.- Luth. Diakoniewerk Neuendettelsau intends to build the "integrated work landscape Neuermarkt". This consists of the construction of a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) with 250 places and the construction of a new production facility with 48 places. The new construction of the two aforementioned facilities will replace an existing facility and will be funded.
An architectural office has already been commissioned to design a three-part chamber structure of the factory and production areas, with an eligible capacity of approximately 4 550 m
The outdoor areas are characterized by green inner courtyards with resting and break areas, a barrier-free forecourt, as well as extensive access routes, eg for the delivery of the workshops and the access of employees.
The total cost of the action is currently estimated at approximately € 34 million gross.
