This consultation concerns the project management mission for the renovation work of the Department's hotel (missions specified in the CCAP)For each tranche, the contract is concluded for a period ranging from the date of commencement of the studies prescribed by the start-up service order until the expiry of the guarantee period of perfect completion. For information, the estimated overall duration of the contract is 48 months (indicative and non-contractual duration). The services are divided into 2 tranches (the part of the estimated financial envelope allocated by the contracting authority to the works for each tranche, all trades, is specified in the Dce).
