The consultation concerns a global public performance contract, within the meaning of Article L. 2171-3 of the Public Order Code, for the design, realization, operation and maintenance of the Mont Blanc school group, located 847 chemin du Bois, 69140 Rillieux-la-Pape. The school group, with a surface area of approximately 5,500 m2 SU, includes an elementary pole with outdoor courtyard, a nursery pole with outdoor courtyard, an early childhood pole with outdoor space, a leisure reception without accommodation (ALSH), a catering pole, a gym and other outdoor spaces (sport, logistics).

The execution of the contract will include performance targets, defined in terms of energy efficiency, environmental impact and quality of service, the achievement of which will depend on a share of the holder's remuneration in the operator-maintenance phase.

The estimated value is the part of the budget allocated to the work (excluding design, operation and maintenance).
