The object of the purchase is the services for the collection and treatment of hazardous waste (hereinafter referred to as "services"). Services include the tarification of waste (if necessary), collection and loading into the Service Provider's vehicle, transportation to the waste treatment site. The collection and management of hazardous waste is understood as the collection of hazardous waste, carrying out its repackaging and preparation for transportation, as well as transportation and final disposal.

1. The object of the purchase is the services of collection and treatment of hazardous waste (hereinafter referred to as "services"). The collection and management of hazardous waste is understood as the collection of hazardous waste, carrying out its repackaging and preparation for transportation, as well as transportation and final disposal.

2. Hazardous waste shall be collected from the šiauliai region landfill for non-hazardous waste (hereinafter referred to as the landfill), the mechanical biological treatment facilities of municipal waste of šiauliai region (hereinafter referred to as the "MBA"), bulky waste collection sites (hereinafter referred to as DGASA) and waste reception points (hereinafter referred to as "APP"), at the addresses set out in the tecnical specification.

3. After the provision of services, the Customer and the Service Provider shall sign an act of transfer and acceptance of services, which would contain information about the methods of waste treatment (by waste code and quantity).
