Project planning services for subsidized housing construction Siegsdorf - Augraben

The municipality of Siegsdorf is the owner of plot 88 / corridor no. 282/22 with a plot size of 2,558 2 in the "Augraben" development plan area in 83313 Hörgering / Siegsdorf municipality. The development plan is legally binding and is enclosed with these tender documents. The entire area and the above-mentioned property has already been fully developed.

According to the wish of the municipality, subsidized housing is to be created on the property in a self-realization by the municipality. According to the establishment of the development plan, there are 24 residential units with 48 above and below ground parking spaces in 2 or 3 multi-family houses with approx. 2,000 m 2 Floor space and corresponding basement floor space possible. In addition, an attic can be realized, which cannot be designed as a full floor. In the stipulations of the development plan there are in some cases separate regulations for this parcel. The municipality favors a solution with 2 buildings and a maximum utilization of the building rights on the parcel - ie including a fully developed attic. Around 50% of the parking spaces are to be accommodated in an underground car park that connects the two buildings. The building and the underground car park are to be planned as a conventional solid construction. The aim is maximum energy efficiency - KFW energy efficiency house 40+.

The project is to be financed through grants from the municipal housing subsidy program (KommWFP) as part of the “Housing Pact Bavaria”, but also through the KFW subsidy programs.

Object planning services (building) in accordance with Section 34 HOAI, service phases 1-9. The services are graded or commissioned by construction section, initially stage 1 (work phases 1 and 2) according to the attached architect contract (tender document FF.1.)

The client reserves the right to transfer further service phases - in whole or in part. There is no legal claim to the transfer of these services.

As part of the optional services, the future contractor can be assigned extended areas of responsibility. Please refer to section II.2.11) of this announcement.
