1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for children with disabilities to nursery schools, schools and educational institutions. The transport service applies to transport from the place of residence to kindergartens, schools and educational institutions and back. Nursery schools, schools and educational institutions to which children covered by these proceedings are transported operate on different dates (holiday and non-holiday period), which entails the need to transport children during the term of this order in a variable number depending on the type of institution to which the child is transported. Therefore, the Contracting Authority distinguishes two rates of transport of pupils as follows: a) For transport of pupils to nursery schools, schools and educational institutions (non-holiday period). In the period from 04 September 2023 to 21 June 2024, i.e. a total of 186 days, excluding holidays, summer and winter holidays and other breaks in school work resulting from the organization of the school year. b) For transporting children to kindergartens (holiday period). In the period from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024, i.e. a total of 66 days, on all days of nursery schools and non-functioning of schools and educational institutions. The list of nursery schools, schools and educational institutions to which children are transported can be found in Annexes 11 and 12 to the SWZ.

For nursery schools, schools and educational institutions (non-holiday period) - as at the date of preparation of the description of the subject of the contract in the school year 2022/2023 is 50 children. The planned number of children transported for 2023/2024 may increase by 20%. The average length of "loaded" routes during the day is: approx. 980 km. The average length of "loaded" routes per day can be increased to a maximum of 1176 km. 2.2. To kindergartens (holiday period) - as at the date of preparation of the description of the subject of the contract in the school year 2022/2023 there are 4 children. The planned number of children for 2023/2024 could increase by 100%. The average length of "loaded" routes during the day is: approx. 80 km. The average length of "loaded" routes per day can be increased to a maximum of 160 km. In addition to the driver, in accordance with Article 39 of the Act of 14 December 2016. Education law, children must be accompanied by an adult guardian prepared for this work (in each vehicle), taking care of children during transport, who will provide assistance in moving from home or school, and if necessary, provide first aid.
