Delivery of data acquisition, analyses and reporting requirement which shall meet Buskerud Kollektivtrafikk AS' requirements for market information and settlement of incentives and fees to the bus service operator. The reporting system shall be the Awarding Authority's main source for market information and is in the tender documents referred to as Markedsinformasjonssystemet (MIS).

The objective of the procurement is to meet the requirement for support for:

— Control of operators and customer surveys.

— Mapping of travel habits and contentment with the public transport system.

— Reports from the market information system.
