1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of IT equipment as part of the "Digital Municipality" project.
2. The scope of the order includes the delivery of:
1) 234 computer sets (unit and monitor) with operating system and peripherals (keyboard and mouse),
2) 76 portable computers (laptop) with software and mouse and bag,
3) 3 A3 printing multifunction devices,
4) 1 access server for remote work.
3. The present proceedings are divided into 4 parts.
4. The Contractor is obliged to lodge a security deposit:
a) for Part I in the amount of: PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand 00/100 ZLOTYS),
b) for Part II in the amount of: PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand 00/100 zlotys).
5. Procurement procedure: unlimited tender – pursuant to Article 132 of the PPL Act.
Part I: "Supply of IT equipment as part of the project "Digital Municipality – delivery of computer sets"1. The subject of the order in Part I is the purchase and delivery of 234 computer sets (unit and monitor) with operating system and peripheral devices (keyboard and mouse).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 9a to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract for part I.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
Part II: "Supply of IT equipment as part of the "Digital Municipality" project – delivery of laptops"1. The subject of the order in Part II is the purchase and delivery of 76 portable computers (laptop) with software and mouse and bag.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 9b to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract for Part II.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
Part III: "Supply of IT equipment as part of the "Digital Municipality" project – delivery of multifunctional devices"1. The subject of the order in Part III is the purchase and delivery of 3 A3 printing multifunction devices.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
Part IV: "Delivery of IT equipment as part of the "Digital Municipality" project – delivery of an access server"1. The subject of the order in Part IV is the purchase and delivery of 1 access server for remote work.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
