Care of green areas includes services of approx. 106,000 m2 of grassland, approx. 67,000 m2 of solid paving, approx. 15,000 m2 of bush/bush/hedge and approx. 700 solitary trees. In addition, a common area that is only covered by green care and a smaller department that is only covered by winter care. A division is included as an option, as it is under construction. Winter service includes emergency guards, slippery roads and snow removal of approx. 35,000 m2 of roadways and parking spaces and approx. 30,000 m2 of walkways, stairs and gallery corridors. The assignment is offered together.
