The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the purchase of servers, network equipment, AV equipment and other computer equipment such as cables, junctions etc.
The contract includes:
• Procurement of servers and other computer room equipment
• Procurement of network equipment
• Procurement of AV equipment
• Procurement of computer supplies
• Delivery logistics
• Service for guarantee and ad-hoc service
• Licences for hardware
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of 'Hardware, severs, network equipment, AV equipment and other computer equipment such as cables, junctions etc. '.
The tenderer must be able to provide and carry out warranty servicing for additional equipment suited to the contracting authority's existing server and network platform, consisting of Dell, Lenovo, HPE servers, network components from Cisco, HP and Aruba, and IBM Storwize storage systems

We want to use new technology as it matures and can be adapted to our service and safety levels.
The framework agreement shall mainly cover products within the following main classifications / CPV codes: 48820000, 30231300, 32415000, 32420000, 38652120, 30232100, 30216110, 30230000, 38651600.
The agreement comprises i.a., but is not limited to:
• Personal printers and scanners
• Digital photographing: Camera, video and equipment
• ICT additional equipment and ICT supplies
• Servers and server components
• Network components such as switches, routers etc.
• Security components such as firewalls etc.
• Infrastructure components such as storage solutions etc.
• Video-meeting equipment
• AV equipment
• Licences for procured hardware when deemed necessary.
• Consultancy services for error correction or extension of purchased hardware
The contracting authority requires that the tenderer's product range reflects the breadth, trends and technological development in the market. The tenderer shall at all times be able to deliver the latest models on the market, but also have standard models with stable configurations.
