Sør-Varanger Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for winter maintenance on municipal roads, county roads, and parking spaces in Neiden. The total road network for all the areas covered by the assignment is approx. 22,919 m.
Sør-Varanger Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for winter maintenance on municipal roads, county roads, and parking spaces in Neiden. The total road network for all the areas covered by the assignment is approx. 22,919 m.
The contract duration is from when the contract is signed for the snow clearing seasons 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026.
In addition the contracting authority will have an option to extend for the snow clearing season 2026-2027. The total duration of the contract is therefore 3+1 seasons - maximum 4 seasons.
The snow clearing season is from 15 October in the current year until 1 May in the following year, for example from 15 October 2023 until 1 May 2024.
The contract primarily includes:
- Snow ploughing/snow clearing
- Sanding

The total value over three seasons is calculated to maximum NOK 4,400,000 excluding VAT, including a fixed price for the snow clearing seasons and any additional work.
