The Norwegian Coastal Administration will, on behalf of the contracting authorities The Norwegian Maritime Directorate and the Norwegian Coastal Administration, hold a contest for the delivery of electricity. The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for +1+1+1+1 year.
The contracting authorities will sign separate contracts.
The tenderer must deliver electricity to locations where the contracting authority has separate meters, approx. 1100 plants. At locations where the delivery of electricity is part of the rental contract with the landowner, the contracting authority will have an option to transfer the plants to this contract.
The estimated annual consumption is approx. 9-10 mWh. The contracting authority has estimated the value of the contract to be NOK 120,000,000. The assessment is uncertain due to the unclarity in the energy market in the coming months.
The contracting authority has locations along the entire coast and through-invoicing of network hire, EHF format, from the different network companies must be included in the contract.
Statutory trade with electricity certificates, as well as the procurement of guarantees of origin must be included in the mark-up.
A web system for administrating electricity subscriptions, and for energy advice will be part of the contract.
