2.1 The subject of the contract is:
2.1.1 performing services of disposal of segregated solid waste from the property of the Ministry of Finance located:
1) at 12 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw;
2) in the district of Warsaw Wola
hereinafter referred to as "real estate", consisting in making waste containers available to the Ordering Party, transporting them, placing them in places indicated by the Ordering Party on the property and transporting waste loaded from the property as part of the basic order,
2.1.2 performing services of disposal of segregated solid waste from the properties of the Ministry of Finance located:
1) at 12 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw;
2) in the district of Warsaw Wola
hereinafter referred to as "real estate", consisting in making waste containers available to the Ordering Party, transporting them, placing them in places indicated by the Ordering Party on the property and transporting waste loaded from the property under the option right.

hereinafter referred to as "real estate", consisting in making waste containers available to the Ordering Party, transporting them, placing them in places indicated by the Ordering Party on the property and transporting waste loaded from the property under the option right.
2.2 A detailed description and terms of service are set out in:
2.2.1 the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex B to the SWZ;
2.2.2 the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU), constituting Annex I to the SWZ.
