Complementary mission elements

- constitution of the planning permission file (AT, DP, possibly building permit, depending on the project),
- Steering and coordination scheduling (OPC),
- design and monitoring of the realization of the indoor and outdoor signage,
- SSI coordination.
Content of the elements of the mission
The content of each mission element is that contained in Annex I of the Decree of 21.12.1993, which is specified and completed in the CCTP provided in the appendix.
The consultation will result in a market in tranches in accordance with Article 77 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement.

The period of performance of the benefits runs from the date of notification to the end of the guarantee period of perfect completion or after extension of this period when the last reserve of the firm tranche or the last confirmed conditional period is exercised.
The delivery period for services is 57 months from the notification of the contract.
The execution period of the installments is fixed as follows (with validation deadlines of the integrated owner):
- firm tranche: 33 months from the notification of the contract until the end of the guarantee period of perfect completion or after the extension of this period at the time of the lifting of the last reserve,
- optional tranche: 24 months from the notification of the strengthening of the optional tranche until the end of the guarantee of perfect completion or after the extension of this period when the last reserve is lifted.
