The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for municipal engineering disciplines.
Framework agreements will be signed for the following sub-contracts:
- Roads, pipelines and public areas
- Water treatment
- Sewage treatment
The framework agreements will be valid for up to 2+1+1 years.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for municipal engineering disciplines. The work can concern projects that the municipality is managing itself, and projects that the municipality has in collaboration with other public or private actors. The framework agreements can be used in all of the projects' phases, i.e., both in the early planning work and for the execution of the project. This includes reviews/analyses, feasibility studies, draft projects, preliminary projects, detailed projects, assistance in the construction period, as-built, and assistance with project administrative assignments.
Separate framework agreements will be signed for the following disciplines:
- Roads, pipelines and public areas
- Water treatment
- Sewage treatment
