The contracting authority is looking for a contractor who is able to deliver the products in the context of Breathing Air as described in this document, including appendices, as a result of a European Tender to be completed.

This project includes the replacement of a firefighter's helmet, face piece, regulator, carrying device and cylinder. In addition, the contracting authority wishes to be able to carry out the maintenance itself, which means that the contracting authority wishes to purchase maintenance training and maintenance material from the contractor.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of the award criterion “best price-quality ratio”.
