1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of thermal energy, i.e. sale, distribution and transmission of heat by means of a heating network to municipal buildings at Gen. T. Pełczyńskiego 24, 24A, 24B and 24 C in the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 and 5 to the SWZ.

3. Heat substations located in buildings at Pełczyńskiego Street no. 24, 24A, 24B, 24C are the property of the Customer.

4. The owner of metering and settlement systems for municipal buildings located at Pełczyńskiego 24,24A,24B,24C is Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of thermal energy, i.e. sale, distribution

and heat transmission via district heating to municipal buildings at 24, 24A, 24B and 24C Gen. T. Pełczyńskiego Street in the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw.

Detailed conditions of the subject of the contract:

1. Building No. 24 with thermal insulation

Ordered heat output: 0,5053 MW

Including:

heat output for heating – 0.2585 MW

thermal power for central heating – 0,1120 MW

heat output for hot water:

- maximum – 0.3355 MW

- average – 0.1348 MW

- heat transfer rate: G- 7,01 m³/h

2. Building No. 24A with thermal insulation

Ordered heat output: 0,1296 MW

Including:

heat output for heating – 0,0946 MW

heat output for hot water:

- maximum – 0.1050 MW

- average – 0.0350 MW

- heat transfer rate: G- 1,59 m³/h

3. Building No. 24B with thermal insulation

Ordered heat output : 0,1284 MW

Including:

heat output for heating – 0,0934 MW

heat output for hot water:

- maximum – 0.1050 MW

- average – 0.0350 MW

- heat transfer rate G- 1,58 m³/h

4. Building No. 24C with thermal insulation

Ordered heat output : 0,3000 MW

Including:

heat output for heating – 0.2183 MW

heat output for hot water:

- maximum – 0.1983 MW

- average – 0.0817 MW

- heat transfer rate G- 3,68 m³/h

• Heat substations located in buildings at Pałczyńskiego Street No. 24, 24A, 24B, 24C are the property of the Customer.

• The owner of metering and settlement systems for municipal buildings located at Pełczyńskiego 24,24A,24B,24C is Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.

• Tariff groups – A3/B1/C3.

• The place of heat supply, and thus the place of demarcation of ownership and operation of equipment/pipelines between the Recipient and the Seller, are the connection valves in the heat node in buildings No. 24, 24A, 24B, 24C.

• Heat will be supplied for central heating and central hot water.
