The purpose of this consultation is to take charge of the management of traffic and the maintenance of the port rail network on the Port Rail Networks of the Territorial Directorates of Le Havre and Rouen. It is the subject of three (3) lots. Lot 1 concerns the management of rail traffic within the perimeter of the territorial directorate of Le Havre. Lot 2 concerns the maintenance of the port rail network facilities on the perimeter of the territorial directorate of Le Havre. And finally, lot 3 concerns the management of rail traffic and maintenance of the facilities of the port rail network on the perimeter of the territorial directorate of Rouen

the services relating to this lot relate to the management of traffic on the port rail network of the Territorial Directorate of Le Havre and in particular the provision of personnel authorised to run the signal boxes, the organisation, monitoring, scheduling and supervision of the circulation of trains and port services on all the tracks, on the basis of a traffic schedule drawn up by the Port Schedules Office of Haropa Port. The public contract includes the management of parking, accidents and on-call duty

The services relating to this lot relate to the organisation and implementation of the monitoring and maintenance of the railway tracks and approaches, turnouts, fixed installations and level crossings and catenaries on the Territorial Directorate of Le Havre. These services include the organisation and carrying out of the monitoring and maintenance of signal boxes (post and field, including telecom equipment and remote transmission), the organisation and carrying out the monitoring and maintenance of electric traction installations, the organisation and carrying out the lifting of derailed rolling stock. The public contract includes the replacement of parts and equipment in the event of wear and tear, the removal of faults, minor repairs to equipment related to the purpose of the contract as well as on-call duty

The services relating to this lot relate to the management of rail traffic and maintenance on the port rail network of the Rouen Territorial Directorate. They include the provision, in the evenings, at weekends and on occasional occasions, of personnel authorised to organise, monitor, schedule and supervise the circulation of trains and port services on all tracks, on the basis of a traffic schedule drawn up by the Port Schedules Office of Haropa Port, accident management, parking and on-call duty, for the traffic part. For the maintenance part, the services include the organisation and carrying out of the monitoring and maintenance of railway tracks and approaches, switches and level crossings, as well as the lifting of derailed rolling stock. The public contract includes the replacement of parts and equipment in the event of wear and tear, the removal of faults and minor repairs to equipment related to the subject of the contract as well as on-call duty
