The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a contract for the operational lease of local electronic surveillance equipment.

The aim of the contract is to introduce for four years (with the possibility to extend the contract by up to 5 months if necessary) local electronic surveillance equipment for monitoring convicts and detainees on operational lease, together with a comprehensive software and hardware solution (incl. rental of commercial software licenses and installation of software and hardware at the location of the supplier), software and hardware maintenance service, user support, and training in Estonian-language equipment and software for the contracting authority's staff in Estonia, Tallinn.
