The subject of the contract are deliveries of steel scrap: fine and piecemeal.
The tender is divided into 2 (two) parts:
(a) Part I: Deliveries of steel scrap: fine (shavings). Acceptable physical forms: The order includes the supply of scrap in the form of chips, mouldings, stamped and cut parts;
(b) Part II: Deliveries of steel scrap: pieced. Acceptable physical forms: The order includes the supply of scrap metal in the form of scrap sheets and sections, bolts, nuts, washers, fittings, mouldings, pieces of rods, tubes, tiles, structural and assembly elements, not exceeding 50 mm in any of the dimensions.

Successive deliveries of steel scrap: fine (chips).The order includes the delivery of small scrap, in the basic, annual total quantity of about 2700 Mg within 12 months of signing the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity by a maximum of 600 Mg, resulting from the actual needs of the Ordering Party, but this does not constitute a basis for claims for the Contractor's side.
Scrap deliveries will cover the range of quantities from 75 to 225 Mg on average per month.

Successive deliveries of steel scrap: pieced.The order includes the delivery of piecemeal structural iron scrap in the base annual total quantity of 1700 Mg within 12 months of signing the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity by a maximum of 300 Mg, resulting from the actual needs of the Ordering Party, but this does not constitute a basis for claims for the Contractor' side.
Scrap deliveries will cover the range of quantities from 75 to 150 Mg on average per month.
